Return & Refund Policy


If you are unhappy with the fit & any damage in piece, we will only issue you a store credit in form of a Discount Coupon which can be used within a year on our website.
We will happily accept returns within 7 days of receipt of package, of items that do not fit correctly and exchange them for the correct size depending on availability.
We are unable to exchange or refund used, laundered or customer damaged goods. Flash Sale/Clearance Sale items also cannot be returned.


Please place the unused, unwashed, resalable items with original tags in a secure and waterproof postal bag. The cost of delivery for returns is not refundable, but we will gladly cover the cost of delivering replacement items to you if it's within India. Unfortunately, we cannot offer the same terms to international customers and shipping charges would apply.
Follow below steps to complete the return.

            1. Login with your email id and password and go to My Account -> Order History
            2. Go to your order and click View button  
            3. Click on the return button and fill the purchase return form clearly mentioning the reason   for return
            4. Click Submit
            5. Send the item to :

Please allow up to 3 working days for exchanges/refunds to be processed once we receive them. We will keep you updated on the status of your exchange.
Images on the website are clicked with lighting effect due to which sometimes the color of actual product may vary from the image taken.


Refund Policy

We will refund the amount you paid only in case the product went out of stock by the time you place the order. Such refunds will be processed through the same online mode in 10-15 working days.


Missing Parcels

Make sure you fill in your correct address when ordering from us. We cannot accept responsibility for the wrong address being used with an order. Email us if your ordered items do not arrive and we'll get in touch with our courier company to track down the package. It is safer if you can have your items delivered when you are present, so provide a secure daytime delivery address where possible.
 

Cancel the order?

Once an order is placed it can be cancelled until the order is dispatched. Please call us on +91 9986075078 or email us on support@maddys.club to cancel your order.
If the order is shipped, we can not cancel the order.
In case a COD order is rejected; we would not be able to provide that service again to the customer.
